Coordinating this effort is the Criminal Justice Center for Innovation at Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC), Neenah , Wisconsin , which serves as BJA’s primary technical assistance provider organization. FVTC conducts a wide array of services in collaboration with a consortium of organizations.

In addition to the Technical Assistance Provider Agencies, two representatives from each funded tribe serve in an advisory capacity to the projects. This assures that training and assistance is coordinated with direct input from the grantees about their specific training and technical assistance needs. Tribes offer to host regional roundtable trainings, which give them an opportunity to showcase the program developments and achievements made possible through the BJA funding for IASAP. These onsite opportunities to train together provide tribes a networking and learning opportunity that would be difficult to replicate in the typical classroom. Onsite, the hosting tribe can demonstrate how their program operates, and grantees are provided opportunities to observe and ask questions. The 2003 and 2004 advisory board member are listed below:
